Shipping & Returns

Delivery

All orders will be dispatched within 5 business days of placing the order online. Delivery will occur within normal delivery periods as specified by Australia Post for the method of shipping you choose. For customers in Australia, we normally send orders using Express Post and your order will be delivered within 1-2 days after it has been dispatched. Please note that the delivery times are only estimates and we do not guarantee delivery times as delays may be experienced.

Receipts & Invoices

Your payment will be processed automatically when you place an order online using this web site. An confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide when your payment has been approved.

Damaged or lost goods

We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit. We always dispatch goods that are in perfect condition and keep records of all packages that are dispatched.

Refunds

We will provide a refund for any product purchased online that is faulty or defective and you were not aware of it, was misrepresented and does not do the job you were led to believe it would do, or is not as described on the box or on our website. All faulty products are to be returned to the issuing store for a full refund, which ncludes return freight charges. Any non-faulty products can be returned to us for a complete refund within a 30 day period, as long as the product is in perfect condition with all of the accessories and original packaging intact and has not been used or interfered with. However a return in freight charges will not be issued here and will need to be paid at the buyers expense.  All products, unless noted otherwise, are sold with a full manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and service varies between manufacturers. We will offer you a refund if delivery of the product takes more than 30 days. Refunds will only be given for stock delivered if the product is still in perfect condition with all of the accessories and original packaging intact and has not been used or interfered with. We will NOT give you a refund if:

  • you can't prove that you bought the product (e.g. you can't prove that you bought the product (e.g. you don't have a receipt)
  • you simply change your mind
  • you have damaged the product; or
  • you knew or should have known about a product fault when you bought the product (e.g. factory seconds).

 

Sizing

All sizing in the Tom Arma Costume range is European sizing. This means, that by Australian standards you will be buying a smaller size than you would usually expect. Please Order the next size up or see the size chart to ensure you are not disappointed. If you are uncertain, Please call Jo on 0418514744 and i will go through the measurements with you.
